  Before I normally purchase something or get a service done I always read reviews.You would think I was in a different salon from what others describe. Maybe the fact that they were really busy or my tech wasn't as seasoned as the others is the reason why my experience wasn't like others.I see others describe the techs as extra friendly ...I didn't get that experience which is fine I wasn't there to make friends but get a pedicure.I was offered anything to drink ...all though the brochure stated they offer all customers this.Not a deal breaker at all just something I noticed.The service I felt would have been better if the tech was more sure of herself...not sure if she was new or not but my polish doesn't look up to par because it seemed she didn't know what she was doing and I could tell the other techs was aware.Polish was left on top of my feet and the polish looks like a child did it.Not sure if I'll return.
