  As a physical therapy student who was on a rotation in Greenville, I had never done crossfit before. I am so glad I decided to go to CrossFit Greenville. The foundations course was excellent, Matt the owner and the other coaches are awesome and I learned a ton! Everything is done safely and they make sure you do the exercises at the right intensity for YOU. Their overall wellness philosophy is spot-on and keeps you inspired. The community there was really welcoming and I am going to miss them!
